Mental health is a phrase we are very with. This is a chief driver for Runner’s City as we fully understand the physical and psychological benefits running has, no matter your age or ability.

We tirelessly explore new ways to help everyone build not just their physical fitness but have access to the most innovative techniques so they can manufacture incredible psychological strength as well. Mental fitness is a passion for us and our Mind coach knows exactly how to provide skills that are incredibly simple yet profoundly effective.

Simon Capon is a Master practitioner and Trainer of NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming). He has overtwenty years’ experience of working with people from every walk of life including five world champions. He has written for four international sports magazines, an author of two books and made an appearance in the BBC documentary race for Rio.

During our waking hours our emotional state is hugely affected by our external experiences. We all have an internal blue print on how we want our experiences to unfold however when they fall shortof our expectations it can feel that our emotions take control and we become the victim of the outcome. So how would it feel if you could consciously produce an emotional state that produces certainty and promotes incredible self-belief.
